Do not use Cirro Energy

I was with Kinetic Energy and they were inexpensive and had great customer service. When Cirro took over that is when it got really bad. They were sending me certified letters saying I was going to be disconnected and I was on credit card billing. When I talked to them they said to disregard it that I was current and they would note the system. I then received another disconnection notice and also late fees. They of course refunded the late fees but I would have to wait until the next billing cycle to get a refund even though my card would not be charged for another two weeks. Their customer service manager (Lisa) actually told me that they were responsible for the rate not good customer service. Also, the biggest is they raised my rate from $104 to $146 even though I had a contract with Kinetic. They only care about getting you sign then they do whatever they want. I will go back to reliant when my contract is up.
