I would give it a 0 out of 5 but the site won't let me. They confuse you into signing up (seriously, someone with poor English came to my door said she was with our energy provider and we qualified for some special rate program. She used my cell to call her office and handed it off to me to confirm my identity. The next thing I knew she left and I was still on the phone) I called PECO the next day to see what happened and stop whatever she did. After two weeks of phone calls between Commerce Energy, PECO, and my current and preferred provider Stream Energy I was assured it was removed from my account and I was back with Stream. Wrong! Two months later my bill is $30 more then usual and my provider is Commerce Energy. Ridiculous! This company is a scam and have awful customer service. If they come to your door say no and close it!!!
Don't do it

I switched from Scana Energy where I had been a customer for years since the cost per therm was a little less. Definitely not worth it. I switched 6 months ago and they still can not get billing issues resolved. An email goes unanswered. Multiple phone calls, with promises to get back to me which does not not happen, hours on hold as they research. Automatic drafting of payments, but they are issuing late fees because they do not auto draft enough. I could go on, but will keep this concise :).
