I have only had Cirro Energy for a few months. They are by far the worst in customer service I have EVER seen! They aren't willing to work with you. They disconnected my electricity, on a holiday where they were off work, without sending a disconnect notice. After I made the payment they told me it would be 24-48 hours before they could turn my electricity back on even if I paid the $79.00, $159.00 or the $107.00 expedite fee. I got told three different numbers. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not recommend to anyone!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS AN IDIOT AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS STRAIGHT FORWARD. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS FROM USING THIS ELECTRIC COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

I miss Kinetic!

We signed up with Kinetic Energy and they were great. Excellent customer service and great rates. Then, Cirro Energy took over and I recently received my bill and noticed that it jumped from $120 to $188 because I'm now on a month to month rate, and it included a late fee even though I'm on autopay. Before, Kinetic rates were a lot lower even if you were on month-to-month. So, I just signed up with Reliant and I hope to see lower electric bills.

I like this company. We signed up with no deposit and low rate /kw. Alot lower than the leading electric providers in our area (central west Texas). The customer service isn't too good, they don't have much knowledge on pretty much anything. That is their only downfall.

This company should not be operating. They are a total bunch of dummies. They had me on auto-billing and they started debiting my checking account every couple of days. They have no answers to any questions. They should be put out of business. TOTAL BAD COMPANY!!

Do not use Cirro Energy

I was with Kinetic Energy and they were inexpensive and had great customer service. When Cirro took over that is when it got really bad. They were sending me certified letters saying I was going to be disconnected and I was on credit card billing. When I talked to them they said to disregard it that I was current and they would note the system. I then received another disconnection notice and also late fees. They of course refunded the late fees but I would have to wait until the next billing cycle to get a refund even though my card would not be charged for another two weeks. Their customer service manager (Lisa) actually told me that they were responsible for the rate not good customer service. Also, the biggest is they raised my rate from $104 to $146 even though I had a contract with Kinetic. They only care about getting you sign then they do whatever they want. I will go back to reliant when my contract is up.
